The Disease Analyzer introduces a new inspection layer where players monitor passengers for visible symptoms before they even reach the checkpoint.
While waiting in line, passengers may randomly cough, sneeze, hold their stomach, or grab their head. Spotting these subtle animations is key - symptomatic passengers should be redirected to the Disease Analyzer for examination!

At the analyzer, the passenger undergoes a medical scan that reveals the severity of their symptoms on a scale from 1 to 5.
You must then compare the result against the Today's Public Health Department Regulations, which change every day. Since symptom thresholds vary between diseases, you decide whether the passenger is safe to enter or should be denied access to prevent an outbreak.
The diseases themselves are intentionally fictional and humorous, fitting the game's lighthearted setting (e.g. Banana Flu, Explosive Sneezing Syndrome, etc.).
One missed symptom is all it takes to turn a routine shift into a full-blown outbreak!
