Version 1.0.23 expands defensive progression with new unlockable Defense Upgrades, a new end-of-round reward system, improved Freeplay progression, and a number of character, enemy, UI, and gameplay changes.
Two new unlockable Defense Upgrades have been added:
Turret Replication — Gives towers health regeneration.
Living Walls — Gives walls health regeneration.
These upgrades are rare unlocks that can appear through the end-of-round choice system.
Your performance at the end of each round now affects your chance of receiving a special bonus reward opportunity.
The chance for the Bonus Choice Room to appear is based on the percentage of your base that remains defended at the end of the round. The better you defend your base, the greater your chance of getting access to bonus rewards.
Bonus rewards are divided into five rarity tiers:
Common
Rare
Super Rare
Ultra Rare
Ludicrously Rare
