With Early Access launching on August 7, we're updating the demo to better reflect what you'll experience at launch. This update will go live on July 24, 2026.
Since the original demo was released, the game has changed significantly thanks to all of your feedback. Instead of leaving the old version available, we want everyone to experience something much closer to the upcoming Early Access release.
What’s New?
The updated demo will include many of the improvements coming to Early Access, including:
More spells
Improved voice recognition and new languages (Cantonese, Basa Jawa, Basa Sunda, Bahasa Melayu)
Game mode options for Duels, Team Battles
New game mechanics
Balance changes and quality-of-life improvements
…and much more!
This will be the biggest demo update we’ve released so far.
Please note: In the demo, Free-for-All Deathmatch will only be available on weekends.
Progression Reset
Due to the extensive balancing changes included in this update, all demo progression will be reset when the update goes live.
This reset is necessary to ensure everyone starts on equal footing under the new progression and balance systems. Thank you for your understanding!
Daily Match Limit Changes
With this update, we’ll also be adjusting the daily match limit.
The previous demo allowed up to 100 matches per day. After the update, the limit will be reduced to 10 matches per day.
The new demo is much closer to the full Early Access experience. This change encourages players who enjoy the game to continue their journey in the full version while still giving everyone plenty of time to experience the core gameplay.
We believe 10 matches per day is enough to try different spells, play with friends, and experience everything the demo has to offer.
