Demo Coming Soon | Steam Next Fest | Full Release Planned for Late October

Hello everyone!

We’re happy to confirm that KIT Three Kingdoms: Heroes at War will be taking part in the October 2026 Steam Next Fest.

Steam Next Fest

The event runs from Oct 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT to Oct 26, 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT.

Demo planned before the event

We currently plan to make the demo available before the festival begins. The exact timing will be announced once everything is ready. The demo and the full game have different focuses: the demo is centered on the combat experience and includes selected historical battle content.

Full release planned for late October

The full game will not enter Early Access. It is planned for release after the festival, in late October 2026, as a complete single-player game. Its core experience is Unification Mode.

The historical content featured in the demo is part of the trial experience; the complete Historical Campaign Mode will be released after launch as DLC. Future additional content will also be delivered primarily through DLC.
