All eventsPlayers around this dateRead on Steam

- Save deletion feedback now appears inside the cleared slot for three seconds instead of overlapping the lower menu frame.
- New games now reveal the static Homeworld Vista through a gradual four-second fade before its camera motion and first dialogue box begin.
- The first News Flash now waits until three minutes of gameplay, keeping the opening tutorial clear.
- Save-slot rows now keep their timestamp in the heading and use only two compact statistic lines below it, preventing the former Saved row from being clipped at larger text sizes.
- Small production spacecraft now use a 40% stronger steady-travel roll, while the Direct Dust Shuttle exhaust stays behind its 3D hull and above station structures.
- The Meteor Miner is 15% larger, rests at station-module depth while docked, and extends its complete orange clamp assemblies much farther toward the impact point while drilling.
- The Space Dust Stringer now uses a larger left-aligned six-digit display with dark inactive `888888` segments beneath the live black value.
- Pirate Ships now remain easy to click across their visible 3D hull while travelling, reliably opening their interaction window when the current pirate cycle permits trading.
- Eligible small interface text now receives a universal one-point readability lift beneath the existing Small Text Boost setting, so visible Off through +4 behaves as an effective +1 through +5 without retuning individual screens.
- The production station now starts with its Control Room window facing north and drifts gently five degrees around a player-set heading instead of spinning continuously; drag its visible body to choose an orientation, while force-field dust handling retains priority.
- Docked cargo pods now sit closer to the station frame's lower level, while detached pods and equipment in transit retain consistent foreground presentation and restore authored sorting after transport.
- The Space Dust Stringer now locks its larger bold carried-dust value into the moving green screen, keeps its collector beam above the hull, deposits strings at the visible corkscrew centre, and uses a broader thruster seated beneath the body.
- Production 3D flyable craft now face the gameplay camera, travel in their intended forward direction, recover to level cruise while coasting or turning, bank naturally around that direction, use only their fitted contour underframes, and receive colour from nearby station equipment; visible equipment also uses a larger, smarter local-light budget.
- The Direct Dust Shuttle now has a broader visible exhaust and dedicated transfer lens, Meteor Miner clamps extend while drilling, and the Spaceport cargo shuttle has clearer cargo markings, integrated cockpit framing, and ringed flared engines.
- Main HUD dust-tier values now use the same colours as their corresponding dust particles, making each tier easier to identify at a glance.
- Config dropdowns now show their complete option lists in standalone builds, including Windowed display mode.
- Foreground menus now prevent clicks from activating the Control Room or other world objects underneath them.
- The first Spaceport Shuttle now gifts one Dust Dronie instead of extra Force Fields, leaving the remaining Force Field modes for the Space Trading Shop.
- The title Exit confirmation now shows a clear shutdown status and hides its Yes/No buttons before closing, keeping slower exits visibly responsive.
- Main-menu windows now use darker industrial information plates and paired neon edge lights for clearer structure and more lively framing.
- The Dust Rush explanation now uses the production main-menu frame, industrial challenge plate, readable charcoal briefing panel, shared controls, smoke, and paired neon edge tracers.
- The playable Demo welcome notice now opens with an idle Esc control and no incompatible cyan click flash, while retaining its intended hover backlight and tactile press response.
- Deleting a save now clears the retired Delete button's pink backlight when its row changes into an empty New Game slot.
- F1 now toggles the FPS indicator in normal Demo and Playtest builds, and its shortcut is available in the slide-out key HUD.
- The Volatile Dust Mutator now has a 15% shatter risk on Blue-to-Gold crossings, up from 10%, with its item and hover descriptions updated to match.
- Placeable equipment artwork now uses a cleaner simplified comic treatment across particle-control, processing, mining, transport, weapon, Dronie, and utility devices for improved visual consistency and readability.
- Planetary Healing vessels, surface upgrades, and orbital equipment now use the same cleaner simplified comic treatment, while retaining their separate water, wake, sludge, and haze effects.
- The Pirate Ship hull and ship visibility-upgrade dish now use the cleaner simplified comic treatment for stronger readability alongside the refreshed equipment artwork.
- The Ship Bridge lounge progression now uses a cleaner comic-style treatment across every upgrade stage and its space view, while preserving transparent window openings for layered presentation.
- Gameplay ships, placeables, orbital equipment, and ordinary space structures now use a leaner texture-memory profile while major stations, planetary vistas, and Control Room backgrounds retain their high-resolution treatment.
