I’m Quinn, Story-Stitcher at Eighth Lantern Studios, with a new tidbit to share about Toypunk.
Y’know, ever since we announced Toypunk, people have been asking us: “where did you get this idea?!”. So we figured it’s time we tell you about The Imaginality: the alternate dimension where ALL Ideas come from.
That includes Good Ideas like cookies, world peace, or staying hydrated. But also Bad Ideas, like littering, staring directly at the sun, or those nasty, fuzzy creatures we’re calling the Meanies. It’s also the place where Silly Ideas like the Foppits come from. The Imaginality is their home… but it’s in danger.
See, the Fabric of the Imaginality is unraveling. Bad Ideas are multiplying by the bazillions and are threatening to invade the entire multiverse… including our own reality! Good Ideas are under attack, and it’s up to the Silly Ideas to fight back. But they need our help.
Dr. Funnelbocker and the Foppits used the Fabric to make contact with us humans at Eighth Lantern, and it’s thanks to them we got the idea for Toypunk in the first place! But Toypunk is more than just a game: it’s a way for you to connect directly to the Imaginality, take control of a Foppit, and join in the fight.
