If you or your friends haven’t had the chance to play Against the Storm yet, the game will be free to play from July 9 to July 13.
Build settlements in a dark fantasy world, manage the Queen’s orders, survive the Blightstorm, and lead humans, beavers, lizards, harpies, and foxes through the wilderness. New Major Update
The team also just released the Over-Haulers Update, a new 1.10 update with fresh content, improvements, and a full overhaul of the hauler system.
The update includes:
- 3 new World Map Modifiers
- A hauler system overhaul
- The option to play with 4 species in Training Expeditions
- Fishing Hut panel improvements
- A depletion progress bar in the resource overlay
- UX improvements, bug fixes, and text adjustments
The main focus is the new hauler system, which now gives you more control over how haulers work through the Main Warehouse UI. You can set priorities by building type, decide whether haulers should carry ingredients, products, or both, and make better use of them across your settlement.
The update also adds three new World Map Modifiers: Guild Territory, Sacred Grove, and Ancient Spire. Sacred Grove is especially notable, since it allows settlements to have 4 species, something players have requested for a long time.
