This update provides a temporary compatibility adjustment for an issue where the game could be blocked from launching by Windows Smart App Control on some Windows 11 systems.

Main changes

Temporarily adjusted the distribution structure to reduce launch blocking under Windows Smart App Control
Revised part of the runtime packaging with launch compatibility as the priority
Cleaned up shipped files in a way that does not affect game content or save compatibility

A full code-signing solution is also being prepared, but certificate issuance requires additional time.
As a temporary measure, this update prioritizes improving launch compatibility first.
For users affected by Windows 11 Smart App Control launch blocking, this update may improve the issue.
