Here is what we've updated in this patch:

🛠️ Difficulty Balancing & End-Level Experience

Difficulty Balancing: We’ve rebalanced all 5 difficulty options based on user feedback. Simple (1 Star) is now easier with much paint and turns and fewer Required Districts. We increased difficulty between Hard (4 Star) and Survival (5 Star) you will notice more Require Districts. If these new settings are too easy or hard for you, let us know!
Revamped Help Panel: Updated the Help Panel to now include an in depth overview on Puzzle Mode & the game rules with videos for each topic. The help panel now includes: Required Districts overview, Limited Paint resources, the Marine District Passthrough, Terrain Synergy & Score
New Tooltips: Added tooltips to the score bar and the Puzzle Complete Screen.
Puzzle Menu Tips: Updated the game rules overview & tips in the Puzzle Menu to further explain game rules and difficulty rankings.
