0.9.13: the ladder scores the run, and your profile is yours

Big one!

The rating system is rebuilt: your rating now moves once per RUN based on how far you got,
not per fight. Banking a win can never cost you rating anymore. A few of you called this out on
reddit, you were right, thanks.

Also in this patch:

THE ENDLESS. Win the whole arc and the run no longer ends. The ceiling opens, the enemy keeps
growing, and the only question is how far you get. Rating settles at the ceiling either way.

A profile worth opening. Pick the face you wear (every unit of a faction you have played, plus a set
of painted portraits), crest, colour, border, title and a saying. All earned, nothing bought. Other
players meet exactly what you put together.

A fight log that explains the battle. Every blow with its damage, revives, shields, poison. Click a
line mid fight to jump the replay there. Open the whole battle afterwards and follow one unit from
first swing to last.

Match history, a FIRST STEPS checklist for new players, whats-new notes in the game, and a pile of
fixes (the sell price is readable again, dead units stop standing around after fights, and more).

Also a balance pass built on your actual matches: the least-picked skills and spoils got real numbers,
the Lich Lord got teeth. Nothing strong was nerfed.

Full notes in the game: WHAT'S NEW, bottom right corner.

THE BLOODHORDE A third faction, free in the demo right now . Goblins, orcs, trolls and ogres. It plays nothing like the other two: · your berserkers hit harder the more they bleed · every kill feeds the WAAAGH · trolls split in half when they die and both halves keep fighting · the minotaur opens the fight by charging straight through the enemy line Four commande…Warpack DemoGame update31 Aug 20260.9.20: battles read properly nowWarpack is an auto-battler: you build an army in a shop, position it on a grid, and it fights on its own against armies other players built. The demo is free on the store page, two factions, about ten minutes a run. One steady pace Battles used to speed up the longer they ran, so the busiest part of a fight was shown fastest. We counted it: you have to read about four times as much per second i…
