1. Fixed visual UI issues and inconsistencies.

2. Added a notebook system.

A special button now appears when workers or vehicles are missing, allowing you to quickly add a note.

A notebook has also been added to the job market and vehicle market, showing your saved notes for hiring and purchases.

3. Added protection against NPCs “sliding” off chairs in the garage.

4. Updated the tutorial to include the new notebook system and related features.
