More ways to Move - WASDqezc, Arrows(+shift/ctrl)

In this update were added more ways to move if your keyboard doesn't have a Numpad.
- Arrows(+shift/ctrl) keeps the control scheme intact and uses modifier keys for diagonal moves
- WASDqezc changes the controls scheme a little, please check the Controls Menu to switch between WASDqezc and HJKLYUBN
With the Numpad and vikeys already in place, that is now 4 ways to move in EmbeRogue. Diagonal moves are quite important to navigate puzzles, especially in the full game in overworld wild areas but also in the Pit's laser corridors.

Besides controls there has been some bugfixes, balance tweaks and content addition, most notably:
.ego_Moon add the moonalia glow effect when held
.added missing color for glowing effect bar

.Blessed Amulet of Aribal
.fixed a bug about easy/normal mode toggling too late
.game start balance: easy mode - 77hp start, normal mode 49hp start
