Novel Stunt System:

Repeating the same trick will give less points each time performed and will not give a combo bonus - I need your feedback on this!!
Increased base point value for all grab tricks to compensate for the new novel stunt difficulty

New Key Bindings

Dedicated inspect key added - defaulted to F key
Dedicated quick restart key added - defaulted to T key, let me know how I'm wrong for using that key and which should be the default

Level Updates

Added more ramps to W0C2 Downtown by the cave exit because they are sick
Simplified some World 0 geometry for performance and cleaner aesthetics
