Seize Control 2.3.3 - Minor Improvements & Bug Fixes

Seize Control 2.3.3 makes offline startup much more flexible: after 6 hours of verified use, the app can optionally start without Steam running, while Steam-only DLC and Workshop features clearly reconnect when Steam is available again. This update also improves App Theme reliability, Steam startup recovery, Windows 10 compatibility, and base app icon polish.

App Themes:

- Deleting official themes now works reliably in one attempt and stays deleted until official themes are restored.

- Theme assets now only resolve files directly in the root of a theme's assets folder, preventing subfolder assets from being used accidentally.

Steam:

- Reduced the initial verified-use requirement from 24 hours to 6 hours. After that, the app can optionally start without Steam while clearly marking Steam-only DLC and Workshop features as unavailable until Steam reconnects.

- When Steam is required at startup, the app now starts Steam automatically and waits for it to become available instead of failing immediately.

Windows:

- Fixed a Windows 10 startup issue in Steam builds by packaging the required Steamworks runtime files and clarifying native runtime errors when a required Windows component is missing.

Visual Polish:

- Refreshed several base app icons for a cleaner, more consistent look.
