NEW FEATURES
────────────────────────
- Multiplayer trading with other guildmasters now lives in Markets under a new League tab.
- The League Lobby now points you to the League tab, and the Tower's "Supply the Front" button opens the composer pre-addressed to the guild that cleared the floor.
- Rival trade offers for an adventurer now carry a "🔍 Scout them" button on the offer card in the Front Desk inbox — send a scout to size up the adventurer before you decide.
- Launching a scout pushes the offer's expiry out to the scout's ETA plus a week of grace, so even a slow Novice scout's report lands before you have to answer.
- The button falls back to an idle scout parked in Watch Mode when no scout is fully free, and shows live "🔍 Scouting… N%" progress on the card until the report is in.
- When the report lands, a "Scout Report Is In" prompt opens at the start of your turn with the adventurer's OVR, age, potential and asking price, and Buy / Decline / Hold buttons; Hold (or Escape) leaves the offer sitting in your inbox.
- Click a party card on the map to open a full Party Detail view: the roster with class, role, level, age, morale and OVR; a scene themed to what they're doing right now (descending the Tower, on the road, at the objective, marching home, resting in Hiltcrest) with mission progress; and their current orders, clear rate, injury and death risk, chemistry tier, and what they're saying about each other.
- Party coins now stand on the table as little standees with a base, planted or marching, instead of flat map pins.
- Queue faction contracts to a specific party the same way you queue quests — up to 10 per party, accepted in order the moment that party is free. Queued contracts deploy with or without a Commander and re-check standing, favor, gold and contract caps first.
- Two new directive toggles: "Train when idle" opens an auto-train window when no quest scores for that party, and "Rest if hurt" holds a party home for the week when a member is injured, resting, or at 25 morale or below.
- The Commander's Standing Orders panel badges each party with how many quests and contracts are queued for it.
- Send gatherers, scouts, astrologers and tacticians on paid training trips: Guild Workshop Study (4 weeks, +2–3 skill) or a Traveling Expert's Tutelage (8 weeks, +3–5 skill, with a 20% chance the journey goes badly and they return with only +1). Tuition scales with their current skill and sits below the crafter seminar curve, they're off-duty while away, and recalling them early refunds tuition for the weeks unspent but grants no skill.
- A Resource Ledger tab opens in the Workshop once you employ a Quartermaster or Treasurer: per-material inflow (gathered, quest loot, refined, market buys, salvage) against outflow (crafting, enchanting, construction, refine inputs, market sells) over the last 4, 13 or 52 weeks, with a net column and a source breakdown on hover.
- The tournament opens on a bracket tree — both semifinals on the left, the Final on the right, portraits, division, seed and party OVR for each guild. The next match is flagged "Up Next", decided matches highlight the winner and dim the loser, and each winner advances into the Final's slot. Watch match by match or skip straight to the coronation.
- The battle report adds an Enemies tile (how many you actually faced) and a Slain tile with the top enemy families killed, drawn from the fight log rather than estimates.

QUALITY OF LIFE
────────────────────────
- Tower level-ups now list their stat gains in the end-of-week summary, with the ◈ marker on Training-Focus-biased stats, matching quest level-ups.
- Staff detail now shows what a tier is actually worth: current output and output at their potential ceiling for gatherers, and a "Tier Value" readout for scouts, tacticians, astrologers, quartermasters, treasurers, bartenders and receptionists comparing their current tier's headline numbers against the tier they'd reach at their ceiling.
- The week summary has a new Auto-Refined section showing what your artisans (and the Dwarven crew) turned raw stock into that week.
- A near-death forced retirement is now reported properly: the adventurer stays in the Party Performance list with a Retired tag and their damage, healing and XP, the Battle Chronicle carries a line for it, and the feed posts it the moment it happens with the adventurer's name, class, level and quest.
- Aldric's achievement letters now state the Favor they grant and announce themselves in the feed.
- Correspondence response previews list material rewards alongside gold, renown and standing.

BALANCE
────────────────────────
- Tower limit-breaks and risk-forged growth now gate on the effective battle ratio the fight actually resolves on, not raw OVR against floor difficulty, so overwhelming clears stop forging a limit break nearly every floor.
- Healers with no wounded ally now attack the nearest enemy for damage instead of standing idle; even-strength raids, garrison holds and Crown Cup bouts resolve more decisively, and outmatched squads still lose.
- A hire in their first four weeks who takes a would-be-lethal blow now survives with a critical injury instead of dying or being force-retired.
- A Salvation Grimoire holder is no longer force-retired off a quest before the Grimoire gets its chance to save them.
- Half the signing bonus is refunded when a hire retires or dies within eight weeks of joining.
- The commander stops re-recommending a patrol on a region for 12 weeks after you let that request lapse, ending the repeated ask and repeated trust loss.

BUG FIXES
────────────────────────
- The ATTRIBUTES radar's "+N" potential-headroom callouts now sit on a fixed ring along each axis instead of piling up at the center for low-stat, low-potential recruits, and the radar legend wraps instead of overflowing at large UI scales.
- Fixed the Rival Challenge Fight button doing nothing and the Crown Cup bracket refusing to resolve: any party with two or more members crashed the match on the second member. Both surfaces now fall back to the older resolver rather than leaving you stuck on the party screen if resolution ever fails again.
- The old text-narration battle screen no longer flashes for a frame at the start and end of a Tower fight, and exiting the arena lands straight on the debrief.
- Tower floor previews no longer promise near-certain casualties on floors your party walks through: the forecast folds in ability, relationship and party-synergy bonuses and reads death risk off the outcome the fight actually resolves to, and Aegis of the Absolute correctly previews zero injuries and zero deaths.
- Divine Intervention has been fixed.
- A young adventurer retiring after a near-fatal quest no longer gets the old-age retirement screen — the modal shows a brush-with-death framing with its own quotes and drops the sepia portrait. Contract-clause retirees get their own framing too, and the movement log records the real reason.
- Quest injuries, deaths and forced retirements are now recorded in the quest's final week, so a fallen member can no longer be shown dying in week 1 and performing heroics afterward.
- Raid deaths land in the closing engagement, and fallen members are no longer named in mid-battle beats or celebrated as top performers.
- The Temple's tithe letter now promises the standing it actually grants instead of blessings it never delivered.
