This update improves the Quick Start Tutorial so new players can learn the basic flight process while directly interacting with the game.

Tutorial Improvements
Changed the Quick Start Tutorial into a compact window-style popup.
The tutorial no longer covers the entire screen.
Players can now click game buttons and use flight controls while keeping the tutorial open.
Added a draggable title bar so the tutorial window can be moved anywhere on the screen.
Added minimize and close controls.
Tutorial progress can be followed step by step during actual gameplay.
ESC Menu Update
Added a QUICK START TUTORIAL option to the ESC menu.
The tutorial can now be restarted at any time.
Added the T key as a shortcut for opening the tutorial from the ESC menu.
The existing Quick Start button in the Route panel remains available.

This update is designed to make the first flight easier to understand without interrupting gameplay.
