Race Records and Ghost

1. We are working out a way to track the time stamps all the way down to the checkpoint. With a game like Undertow, knowing how much better or worse you did between two checkpoints is important if you want to improve. This information is provided after the race. You can check your history by selecting "Records" from the main menu.
2. The ghost has been added! At this point, the ghost will record what you did for your last race and show itself next time. AH! Spooky ghost!

Bread

1. Added "Bread Under Glass" (no one likes soggy bread)
2. Throughout Undertow, you will have the chance to find 10 loaves of bread in each map. (Hazard maps do not have them. You do not need to find all 10 during a race)
3. You also erase your bread gathering progress from the settings menu.

Game Modes

1. Grand Prix: Queues up all races from the cup of your choice.
2. Time Trial: A traditional single race with all the normal systems found in the Grand Prix. You also race against your ghost if you've raced it before.
3. Sprint: A single race with most hazards removed. Single star boost buoys will also be removed and a max boost buoy will be added to the starting line.
4. Hardcore: A normal race but the directional banners and mini map are removed. Time to rely on your memory!
5. Hazard Mode: There will be different types of hazard races. The first one can be found by selecting "Race" then "Hazard Challenges". This mode features a massive amount of water bombs between you and the finish line. There are no requirements set yet. Just try and get through it! The goal is to have four different types of "Hazard Challenges" to complete. More to come!

Cosmetic Updates

1. Spike ball and water bomb visuals have been simplified in Hazard Mode. When looking at hundreds of these guys, the flashing red can be overwhelming.
2. Gallery has been moved to the main menu.
3. Both starting line and finish line models have been updated to be more visible underwater.
4. Ramp visuals have been updated. Collision is staying the same.

Music

1. Finally! This music was written and recorded by the band "Emerge and See". The group formed back in 2010 before any of us were married or had babies! Roughly 12 years later, every member reuniting to re-record their entire 2nd record "Seasons" for the Undertow soundtrack.
2. All of the songs will be released in the game before releasing on Spotify/Apple Music and all major online services.
3. That said, the benefit of recording this on our own gives us the ability to start working on the "Music Mode". More to come on this!
