Dear Earthling,
It’s time for another Community Dash! Just a small one this time, but important nonetheless.
I’ll start with a more personal note.
My wife, our two kids, and I are going on a small holiday to Greece for 7 days, from September 13th until September 20th. We haven’t really had any proper free time since moving into our new house, so we feel that we really need to take a step back, slow down, and spend some quality time together as a family.
For me, it’s also about taking a break from the game and reminding myself what life is really about, spending precious time with the people I love, making some memories together, and simply enjoying some time away from the usual daily routine.
Because of this, I’ll be responding very minimally to questions during these 7 days, and I won’t be nearly as active on Discord as I normally am. I think taking some time away and putting my focus somewhere other than the game will be good for my mental health and will help me come back feeling refreshed.
I hope you all understand, and I really appreciate your patience while I take some time to focus on my family and enjoy the holiday.
The Steam PvE Survival Crafting Fest has been a very successful sale period for the game, and I’m really happy with the results!
During the week of the festival, the game sold 575 copies, which resulted in a gross revenue of $5,656 USD. A large part of these sales came from peoples Steam wishlist, which is fantastic to see and shows just how important wishlists are for a small indie game like this.
On top of that, a very substantial number of sales came from an unexpected and very welcome boost.
Nookrium featured the game in his Hidden Gems of the Steam Sale video! This gave the game some great additional exposure and brought a lot of new players into the community.
If you haven’t seen the video yet, make sure to check it out below!
And to everyone who just joined the game and the community because of the sale or the video, welcome! I’m really happy to have you here, and I hope you’ll enjoy the game and stick around for what’s coming next.
Thank you to everyone who bought the game, added it to their wishlist, shared it with others, or simply supported the project. Every bit of support means a lot and helps me continue working on the game!
That’s it, I’m grabbing my sunglasses, packing my Speedo, and making sure I’ve got plenty of sunscreen.
Bye for now, everyone!
Thanks for your time!
