Dear Managers,

Your feedback, suggestions, and bug reports have already helped us adjust and improve many aspects of the update.Just as you have done since the beginning of Early Access, you continue to directly shape what Parisian Bistro Simulator is becoming. Thank you!

🥩 A Little Taste of What’s Still Coming

We still have a few surprises planned before release, including several new dishes that have not yet been revealed.I decided to tease just one of them today:

Beef Wellington is a British classic combining beef fillet, mushroom duxelles, and pastry. Its exact origins are still debated, but it is closely related to the French filet de bœuf en croûte. Britain and France have shared centuries of rivalry, exchange, and influence, and whether those relations were friendly or... slightly less friendly, they also helped shape culinary traditions capable of producing something this delicious. And this is only one of the new dishes still to come!

🎮 Version 1.0 Is Still Available in Public Beta

All Early Access owners can already access Version 1.0 ahead of its official release through the public Steam branch. To access it:

  • Right-click Parisian Bistro Simulator in your Steam Library
  • Select Properties
  • Open the Betas tab
  • Select 1_0_beta under Beta Participation

No access code is required.

⚠️ Important Information

  • This preview version may continue to receive changes and fixes until the official release.
  • We strongly recommend making a backup of your saves before accessing Version 1.0.
  • Once a save has been opened and saved in the 1.0 preview, it can no longer be used on the current Early Access branch.
  • Existing saves are compatible, but starting a new game is strongly recommended to fully experience the new progression and challenges.
