Parisian Bistro Simulator 1.0 launches on September 18, 2026!
After a little over a year in Early Access, it is an immense pleasure to finally reach this milestone. Thank you all for your support and feedback, which have shaped Parisian Bistro Simulator into the game it is today. Along the way, I have met wonderful partners, players, and moderators. It has been an emotional journey, and I hope it will continue for many years. I am counting on all of you to keep the PBS flame alive, and I will be here to keep fueling it! The 1.0 update will be massive. Discover the official trailer below:
🎮 Try Version 1.0 Early
All Early Access owners can now access Version 1.0 ahead of its official release through a public Steam branch. To access it:
- Right-click Parisian Bistro Simulator in your Steam Library
- Select Properties
- Open the Betas tab
- Select 1_0_beta under Beta Participation
No access code is required.
⚠️ Important Information
- This preview version may continue to receive changes and fixes until the official release.
- We strongly recommend making a backup of your saves before accessing Version 1.0.
- Once a save has been opened and saved in the 1.0 preview, it can no longer be used on the current Early Access branch.
- Existing saves are compatible, but starting a new game is strongly recommended to fully experience the new progression and challenges.

🏠 A Completely Redesigned Bistro
Version 1.0 also introduces a brand-new bistro layout with:
- A larger kitchen with more space for equipment and workstations
- A more realistic and visually improved restaurant
- A new basement containing restrooms, a storage area, and an office
- The management computer relocated to the office
- Access to the office through the kitchen elevator or a direct door from the kitchen
Although your existing save remains compatible, beginning a new game is recommended to experience the redesigned bistro and the new progression from the start.
🕹️ The Demo Is Back
As promised, the Parisian Bistro Simulator demo is available again. The demo is playable in solo only and offers a limited preview of the experience, allowing new players to discover what PBS has to offer before joining the full adventure.
Important: Demo saves are not compatible with the current Early Access branch. If you purchase the game before the official 1.0 release on September 18, 2026, you can continue your demo save only by selecting the 1_0_beta branch through the Betas tab.
