All eventsPlayers around this dateRead on Steam

Flipper Frenzy 1.1.1 is here with a brand-new frosty loop map, icy loop-de-loops, refreshed cover branding, tougher CPU racers, and shader/PSO cache improvements for smoother gameplay.

New

  • Added a new frosty loop map

  • Added icy loop sections with full loopy-loop track flow

  • Updated game cover branding

Gameplay

  • CPU racers are now more aggressive

  • Improved CPU pressure during races so they push harder and feel less passive

  • smoother seal physics overall

Performance / Technical

  • Added shader fixes using PSO cache improvements

  • Reduced shader hitching during gameplay

  • Improved first-run rendering stability on supported builds

  • Other random bug fixes

Notes

This update pushes everything faster, colder, meaner, smoother.

This might be my favorite map yet — it’s a high-speed shift from the rest.
Less forgiving, more momentum. You either flow… or wipe.

It really locks in what the game is supposed to feel like:
clean transitions between water → land → roll → boost,
with that twitchy, barely-in-control edge the whole time.

-much more to come!
