ALL SKIN SETTINGS WILL BE RESET WITH THIS UPDATE

Additions

- Discord Rich Presence
- Some new Ball skins
- A "Loading" scene at the beginning of the game to load up some values and fix some steam stats
- Controls menu on each scene

Updates

- Updated the money system
-- One can now earn "pings" by gaining points in all game modes
- A few QoL changes

Technical Changes

- The IDs for ALL skins have changed
