We’re excited to share an important milestone for Escape: Immersion.
Our game has officially surpassed 20,000 wishlists on Steam.
For us, this is a major achievement and our first experience reaching this level of audience interest. It clearly shows that players are paying attention and are genuinely interested in the game.
What makes this even more special is that we achieved this result in just 2 months.
Escape: Immersion is a dark, atmospheric horror adventure inspired by games like Inside and Little Nightmares. The story unfolds inside a collapsing underwater military base, where the player wakes up with no memory and only one certainty - time is running out.
The experience focuses on tension, vulnerability, and constant pressure. There are no safe places. The environment itself becomes a threat - water breaks through the structure, corridors collapse, and visibility is limited by darkness and failing systems.
Gameplay is built around fast reactions, adaptation, and situational awareness. Players face unpredictable events, dynamic sequences, and a variety of gameplay situations including puzzles, platforming, and survival challenges. Every mistake can be fatal, and danger is present at every step.
A distinctive visual style inspired by VHS aesthetics reinforces the oppressive atmosphere, while the narrative is delivered through the environment, gradually revealing the protagonist’s past and the truth behind what is happening.
To reach this milestone, we combined both paid and organic marketing efforts.
We ran paid campaigns on Reddit, YouTube, and X (Twitter), while also promoting our trailers through our own YouTube channel and social media.
