This update addresses one of your most frequent requests: the ability to hire help. Running an ER solo is a recipe for burnout (or rage-quitting), so we are thrilled to introduce the Med-Hire Staffing System.
We are launching with two critical roles to keep your department operating smoothly:
Administrative Assistant: An essential hire capable of managing either the Reception or Checkout desks, drastically reducing administrative bottlenecks and patient wait times.
Security Guard: Stationed at the entry, this specialist is mandatory for handling CODE WHITE alerts. When things get a little... undead... you’ll be glad they’re on the payroll.
