Hello!!

Brock's stage artwork has been updated.
A "none" Special Weapon has been added (currently, just for custom stages).
Balance: The Special Gain% of Rainbow Sweets has been reduced by half.
Balance: Cake's second stage has been made slightly easier.
Fix: Made sure the Stopwatch and Overflow Warning obey the SFX volume setting.
