Railroad Corporation 2 Releases Out of Early Access on February 25th!

We’ve been teasing you with a bunch of exciting tidbits over the past few weeks, and now we’re super happy to finally share the news:

Railroad Corporation 2 is leaving Early Access and rolling into 1.0 on February 25, 2026!

We first entered Early Access in October 2024, and we’ve been able to build on that foundation and roll out tons of features & improvements since then thanks to your feedback, reports, and suggestions. It’s been a real team effort, and we’re grateful for the support and patience you’ve shown throughout development. We’d also like to inform you that as Railroad Corporation 2 is leaving Early Access, we have adjusted the game's price.

Here’s a quick recap of what we’ve added since going into Early Access: generated scenarios for more variety, the Autumn biome, a Trading Department, an expansion to the Finance Department, power plants and electricity-dependent industry, AI players, new locomotives, and loads of resources and buildings.

We're excited about how far the game has come, and we can’t wait to see what you build while running your Railroad Corporation. And while 1.0 is a big milestone, it’s also the start of a new chapter. We’ll be watching your feedback closely, and we’re excited to keep improving the experience.
