MIDWINTER SPIRITS STEAM EVENT
We're delighted to be a part of this event which marks the time of year when the mischievous energy of Halloween transforms into the warm, glittering anticipation of Christmas! Click here to see the event page and explore all the games.
We thought this was the perfect time to cosy up with some plans for our next update. That's right, we're planning on releasing another update to the game before the year is out, and while it won't be as big as Success For Donoval was, it's still a good reason to get back into this, the cosiest of shopkeeping games 🥰
MORE COSMETICS 🎆
Firstly, it wouldn't be the festive period without some kind of themed decoration - the game already has Christmas-ish and Winter/Snow themed cosmetic sets, so we're leaning into celebrating the end of one year and the birth of a new one with the "Hearthtide Festival" cosmetic set.
MORE CUSTOMERS 🥸
Also, we're able to add in the last of the paperdolls to the customer system! This includes new humans and lizards, plus a frog-on-top-of-a-frog... and a Golden Retriever?! Our Kickstarter backers are such a creative bunch!
MORE TRINKETS ⚱️
On top of that, seeing as its the season for giving, we've adding another 27 brand new Trinkets into the game, including such peculiarities as:

Fish Trophy
Frog Rapier (Chrono Trigger fans look out!)
Gnoll Compass (Gnolls confirmed I guess?!)
Pigeon Charm (pigeons confir- wait nobody is surprised by that...)
Goblin Ballerina (ballet confirmed!)

Of course we're going to ship as many little things we can to improve quality of life in the game, plus we've locked in some performance improvements, and are fixing bugs every day. Among those is the boring (but important) security update that came from Unity a few weeks back. Plus of course plenty more requested improvements from you lovely bunch of goblins!
DEMO 🎮
We're also working on updating the Trash Goblin demo seeing as we've made so many improvements to the base game that aren't reflected in the current live demo version! MERCH 🛍️
We're excitedly ramping up our Merchandise Kickstarter efforts - there's a lovely button in the Main Menu which takes you to the registrations page - and we can't wait to unveil more of the glorious trinkets we're bringing to the campaign, but to get first looks please do register there, and then hop over to our discord to join in the voting fun!
