Happy Friday Doctors!
Another week has gone by, and its a good time to update y’all on our progress. As we shared last week, we are working hard on our next major update that will add the ability to HIRE HELP in your ER. When launched, a new app will be added to the desktop computer, named Med-Hire. In it, you will find multiple categories of employees. At launch, you will only be able to hire two categories of employees:
Assistants - Can be assigned to reception desks or checkout desks
Guards - Can be assigned to any of the main doors.
There are going to be 3 assistants and 3 guards on our initial launch, and they are going to be level locked. So if you already have a Level 10 certification, you may be able to hire all of them at launch!
As many of you know, since we launched we saw MANY creators stream and create content with our game. We want to take a moment to recognize some of the best work we’ve seen by creators playing our game:
When Neebs launched their first episode back in February, we were humbled and excited to see how their team used the co-op dynamic to create the most hilarious series we’ve seen so far. It was so good, that our own Moose joined the final episode. The total series ran for almost 2 months and is highly recommended:

This team has created the most hysterically chaotic video we’ve seen made in CURE. They all talk at once, and the stress levels are through the roof. To be honest, the overlapping dialog reminded me of the older works of film legend Robert Altman (but you have to be over 40 to appreciate this). In any case, amazing energy and totally worth watching.
Yesterday afternoon this team of bold creators, led by the awesome Insym, went live for 4 hours simultaneously on Twitch and YouTube, and streamed CURE to an excited audience. They handled themselves pretty respectfully, but once batons appeared in the ER it became an oddly satisfying PvP mayhem. Check out the full recording below:

Joey created the biggest TikTok we’ve seen so far about the game. He created this video back in December, and we still go back to it to remind ourselves the fundamentals of why people are interested in our game.
