our Holiday Update is now live, bringing festive events, competitive challenges, new Mixed Reality experiences, and fresh customization options to Real VR Fishing.
Please make sure your game is updated to version 2.583 to access all Holiday Update content.
Here’s what’s included in this update:
🎄 Holiday Event
Holiday-themed decorations are now live across 7 existing global maps and your Lodge
Holiday Event Fish and Design-A-Fish winners are available for a limited time
Holiday Event Fish can be caught across the 7 transformed global maps during the event period
New Premium Shop Items
3 new Holiday-themed Avatar & Rod Packages have been added to the Premium Shop
2 packages can be purchased with Credits
1 package is available via in-app purchase
We plan to continue releasing more items purchasable with Credits, giving players more flexible customization options
🏆 World Trout Championship
A time-limited competitive event featuring 5 stages, each lasting 3 days
Catch the largest target fish in each stage to climb the size-based leaderboard
Earn Trophies, Championship Gloves, and Golden Tokens through participation and rankings
Championship stages can be accessed exclusively through the Championship Menu
🎥 MR Fishing Cinema
MR Fishing Cinema can be activated on 7 Holiday Event maps
When activated:
Distant scenery is removed, leaving only the water surface
A large web browser screen appears where the scenery once was
Enjoy a more focused and immersive Mixed Reality fishing experience
🔄 Optional DLC Level Reset
A new feature allows players to optionally reset their DLC levels
This reset is entirely optional and only applies if the player chooses to use it
Designed for players who want a fresh progression experience on DLC content
