Update to fix DSP stability and to introduce new Lo-Fi effects and options

- New effect object : BitCrusher : a Bit Depth & Sample Rate scaler distortion.
- Distortion : new mode : Sigmoid Saturation
- DSP Settings : Output Bit Depth, Bit Crush, SR-scaler and Dither options for crunchy Lo-Fi sounds.
- DSP Settings : Sigmoid saturation limiter.
- DataFilter : new Mode : -Δ+ : passes the number when input delta changes it's polarity.
- MIDI In : new mode : MONOTRG : MONOAG without the legato.
Changes
- Tuner : When the base frequency is 1.0 Hz, the object outputs only the tuning's ratio decimals.
Fixes
- Added NaN-checks to all signal connections to prevent DSP blow-ups, with a slight performance trade-off.
- Silencer : Velocity reduction also for Trigger-only signals.
- Various stability fixes to DSP engine.
