※ To ensure a smooth and optimized testing experience, the Closed Beta will be conducted across three server regions only. There are no restrictions based on your location, the regions are for server location. We kindly ask for your understanding and support.
1. How do I sign up for the Closed Beta?
Log in to your Steam Account → Go to the Chrono Odyssey Store Page → Click the "Request Access" button to apply.
2. When will I know if I’m selected for the Closed Beta?
We’re committed to delivering a stable experience during the Closed Beta. To help ensure smooth queues and reliable server performance, access will be granted in phases starting June 19 and continuing throughout the Closed Beta period. Invitation email confirming access will be sent via Steam. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide the best possible experience.
3. What are the system requirements to play the Closed Beta?
To ensure a smooth and immersive gameplay experience, please make sure your system meets the following specifications:

4. Will my game progress be saved after the Closed Beta ends?
No. All game data will be reset once the test concludes.
5. What languages are supported during the Closed Beta?
Voice: English, Korean
UI: English, Korean, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese
※ Localization may be incomplete or in-progress during the Closed Beta.
6. Will the Closed Beta be available on other platforms?
Unfortunately, the Closed Beta will be available only on Steam for PC. However, our goal is to launch across all announced platforms (Steam, PS, Xbox, Epic) at release, so stay tuned!
7. How can I report bugs or give feedback during the Closed Beta?
Starting from June 20 (PDT), bug reports and feedback can be submitted via our official discord server at their respective channels or through Customer Support.
8. Is the Closed Beta under NDA(Non-Disclosure Agreement)?
No, the Closed Beta is not under NDA. You are free to stream, record and share gameplay content including screenshots and videos.
