💎 Sigils. What are they, and what do they do?
In the dangerous world of Sigilfarer, Sigils are your most important tool. They act as a shield between your caravan and the spreading plague. To survive in these risky lands, you need to understand and manage these magical crystals.
The protective Sigil, shown as a purple crystal, is your defence against the land's corruption. As you move across the hexagonal map, the Sigil's power weakens with each step. It's crucial to keep it charged to protect your group.
You can recharge your Sigil in a few ways. Cities offer a safe place to restore its power, and wild crystals you find on your journey can unexpectedly boost your defences. Also, carrying shards in your gear is smart for when your Sigil's energy is low.
If you don't keep your Sigil charged, your group will start taking damage. If this continues, it will lead to their defeat and eventually — a game over. So, managing your Sigil's energy is essential for survival!
