As a solo developer I am unable to help every single person individually, so if we aren't able to get you help directly, it's not personal. Despite this, I have a few ways you can get the help you need!
Standable Docs (standablevr.com) is the new hub for all things Standable. Almost any question about Standable can be answered here, and we did our best to make it as user friendly as possible (let us know how we can improve it!)

I have a few volunteer (and one paid) Official Tech Support in the Standable Discord that can assist. Though we ask that you thoroughly look through the Standable Docs BEFORE creating a ticket on the discord as 95% of issues are extremely common and have a simple fix/answer.
With limited people to assist in helping users with their issues, we need to optimize how we manage support tickets. Steam's Community Hub is great for community posts but we prefer to use Discord due to our familiarity with the platform and we believe it helps us get answers to you faster.
