Around a 15% - 20% Performance Boost

Changes

Added a lower graphics setting for the lower end PCs.
Reducing shadow quality/ distance/ Lower LOD and reduced texture sizes

Added Extreme setting for Power house PCs.
Giving higher LOD and sharper shadows and better shadow distance

Added Vegetation detail to the options menu

Added build radius indicator
