Corrected crash to desktop bugs in car selection screens and two other instances
UI adjustments for Spanish
Fixed portraits not showing up in multiplayer races
In random split-screen races, Player 2's car model was sometimes used by AI

Updated tracks:

Improved objects around track in COTA
Added lights to Jeddah
Adjusted AI in Wunstorf
Adjusted layout in Wunstorf

New content and decorations:

New GT car
New curve distance signs (150m)
New police cars as track decoration
