Port raids and piracy give less loot.
Letter of Marque now costs 10,000p.
You cannot get a new, opposing Letter of Marque without turning in the last one and paying 20,000p in total.

Market Event Changes now look at how much of the market is down or up. If too many cargo rates are already down, the next change will attempt to go up, and vice versa.
Ports can now level up from repeated daily visits. Higher levels means having a higher quantity of the port's specific export in stock.
Enemy factions can now sack minor ports when winning a land battle.
Horse Races now give a popup toast message when the race is halfway done.
More lines added for Virginia-chan and New Jersey-line (special thanks to Sour Grape Sama).
Working on changing and streamlining the dating system. That should be ready by next Steam Next Fest (June).

Random events shouldn't interrupt at weird times because I just learned about the script command "$gameMessage.isBusy()"
Court fine counter resets upon re-entry.
Kościuszko no longer phases into Fort Franklin.
