Explore Isandrin to figure out what could be behind the growing unrest and chaos in the city. General Maxim is a divisive person and your task will be to make sure this political division doesn't tear the city apart.
Manage Chaos by fighting rioters and troublemakers in a new battle type with a special victory condition. Chaos will be reduced by your success (or rise from your failure) to handle the situation!
Restore Order with some propaganda work. Getting rid of bad posters plastered everywhere and posting some good ones praising the General! Only when chaos is low will you be able to enjoy the benefits of the city.
