This update includes the following two improvements:

Improved audio quality of FM sound (YM2612 / OPN2)
Added Kotaro's Theme (Music Room)

FM Sound (YM2612 / OPN2) Audio Improvements

We have implemented a post amplifier (post amp) and improved sound quality by applying DC cut.

As a result, we are now using settings that more closely emulate the sound of real FM hardware.

However, please note that this is ultimately based on my personal perception.

If you have thoughts like “the real YM2612 sounds like this!”, I would greatly appreciate your feedback via community threads or reviews.

We have also adjusted things to maintain a similar volume balance with existing sound effects (SFX), but if anything feels off, you can fine-tune the balance between BGM and SFX in the configuration settings.

Added Kotaro's Theme

Kotaro's Theme has been added to the Music Room.

We created a kawaii-style track to match Kotaro’s character.

Interestingly, the original version of this track was composed over 10 years ago—back when I was in junior high school.

In other words, this is an arrangement of an arrangement... at this point, it’s practically a completely new piece.
