Thank you for playing Akagarasu.

We have released a new update for the demo currently available on Steam!

▼ Main Updates

◯ Added Instant-Death Enemy Attacks

- Red-colored enemy attacks are now instant-death attacks. Hayate will die upon being hit, regardless of remaining HP.

◯ Mid-Stage Save & Resume at Gates

- Game progress is now saved when passing gates (excluding certain areas such as boss arenas).

- Even if you quit during a stage, you can resume from the last past gate.

◯ “Skill Unlock” Adjustments

- The system has been significantly revised and refreshed.

- Certain skills, such as Boost and Double Jump, can only be used after being unlocked via Skill Unlock.

- Boost can now be upgraded by two additional levels. When fully upgraded, it can perform area attacks and negate enemy ranged attacks.

- Double Jump can now be further upgraded. Unlocks a Triple Jump.

- Whirlwind Slash has been removed.

◯ Gale Rush Improvements

- Targets for Gale Rush are now easier to identify.

◯ Stage 3 Boss “Raiju” Behavior Adjustments

- If Hayate is defeated while facing Raiju, Raiju will no longer move ahead and will wait until Hayate confronts it again.

◯ Sound Adjustments

- Hayate and certain enemies now play voice lines.

- Major revisions and improvements have been made to sounds, especially the sound effects.

◯ Tutorial Adjustments

- Overall revisions have been made to make the tutorial clearer.

◯ Additional Language Support

- German language support has been added.

◯ Steam Language Sync

- The in-game language now changes according to your Steam language settings. Depending on your environment, the game may launch in English—please keep this in mind.

With this update, save data from Ver. 0.5.4 and earlier can no longer be used.
