More than half of the stories are ready! But "half the stories" doesn't equal "half the content." Because after finishing the stories, I'll have to:

  1. Finish the internal wiki, which will contain both lore information and quest hints.

  2. Finish the in-game news, which serves the same purpose as the wiki.

  3. Finish the story dialogues that frame the narrative around this almanac (conversations with the manager-mentor and other characters).

  4. Write the endings (I only have notes for them so far) and commission graphics for the ending slideshow (I'll use AI for reference, but I doubt I'll get final illustrations).

  5. Tidying up the illustrations (and I'll finally have to decide whether I want to keep the actual photos I took myself or commission pixel art from someone).

  6. Recording audio inserts for different voices (I'm currently voicing the drafts myself, but I have a ton of plans for what and who to ask for recordings) - I'll do this last, once the texts are finished and proofread.

It looks like a lot of work, but it's not boring work ;-)

I've already filled in several references and sources 😉 If everything goes smoothly, I'll confirm all the correctly guessed references, and then fill in the remai…Community1 Aug 2026Flashbacks of things that didn't happenI was cleaning up my notes recently and stumbled across a bunch of ideas for Creepy Support that never made it into the final game. A music player that would stay on screen all the time, letting you choose which background tracks to listen to. It would even let you add your own MP3s to the playlist! Why I dropped it: I would've needed waaay more content. At least another ten tracks, probably.
