We're excited to share some updates on the US server. Following the server hardware migration, we've allocated additional time to monitor the situation. The in-game survey was also very helpful in gathering information, and we'd like to thank everyone who participated.
Despite the measures taken and the work done, some players may still experience increased ping, primarily due to server location. The further away you are geographically, the higher your ping will be.
We'll continue to monitor the situation, but now we want to talk about compensation.
And, as promised, we're sharing a promo code for server issues.

Accounts registered before 13.03.26 can enter the promo code.
You can activate it in the game's main menu by selecting "Enter Promo Code".
The promo code can be activated until 21.03.26, 00:01 (Moscow time).
Also, from March 13th to March 29th inclusive, the US server will have a doubled experience bonus.
