Last patch introduced some really bad bugs due to an engine bug I have completely missed. My apologies everyone!
I rolled a patch that fixed these issues make sure you update your game.
Jobs were not available
Sound issues
Missing or repeating text on menus
Broken dialogue menu
And many more bugs
All these issues should be gone now!
