⁃ Made the achievement ‘Gigaton’ into ‘Half-Gigaton’ because I don’t honestly expect anyone to rack up that much playtime
⁃ Added MADness achievement for unlocking MIRVs!
⁃ Highlighted the “New Base Unlocked” message in green to match other research messages
⁃ Tweaked Tutorial growth values again
