Fixed two edge-case/race-condition bugs:

  1. Edith and Wanda's Small Slam. Fixed an issue where the reward for winning the first Small Slam was empty in certain cases.

  2. Repeating Rounds. Fixed an issue where players would occasionally find themselves repeating a round they had just beat.
