Patch 1.5 for DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH is out now on PC!
This update focuses on additional optimizations for Steam Deck, resulting in improved performance in scenarios such as Bandit Camps. We've also implemented various bug fixes and improvements related to Steam Input.In the Basic Controls menu, you'll now see how to access Photo Mode on controllers without a touchpad. Additional changes include various bug fixes and improvements to the user interface and localization.The teams at Nixxes and KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS continue to work on updates with further optimizations and improvements based on community feedback. Update, April 24:
After the release of Patch 1.5, we received reports that some users are experiencing temporary freezes.
While we work on a fix, affected players can revert to the previous version of the game as a temporary workaround.
To do so, right-click the game in your Steam Library, go to "Game Versions & Betas" and select "previous_version".
