Hello again, Pool fans, A hotfix for the "Free Item Pack" is now live.
We’ve fixed an issue where some Steam players were reporting being unable to access the "Free Item Pack" even when it was installed.
If you were affected, the items should now appear in-game - just make sure the “Free Item Pack” DLC is ticked in your Steam properties. Pure Pool Pro - Free Item Pack
