New: Official plugins use animated preview GIFs

The built-in plugins now show a short looping GIF instead of a static image, so each one is easier to recognise at a glance.

New: Choose Icon modal, richer workshop item preview setup

Open Choose Icon modal when setting your preview image/gif: more control in one place, with a live thumbnail before you save.

SVG:

• Outputs a PNG for static graphics, or a GIF when the SVG is animated.

• Automatic compression so the file stays under the 1 MB limit.

• Presets are the same icons (SVGs) used throughout the app; built-in official plugin SVGs is included too.

• Custom SVG via paste or file import (sanitised so bad markup is less likely to break things).

• Background: solid colour or gradient; adjust icon size; tint colour and tint strength (including no tint).

Text:

• Letters, words, emoji, symbols: full Unicode, anything you can type.

• Automatic compression so the file stays under the 1 MB limit.

• Same background options (solid or gradient), size, and tint controls as SVG mode.

Fixes

Fix: The preview image in the details panel now updates correctly when you switch between local plugins.

Fix: Workshop item details no longer show a redundant vote count next to the star rating.
