A small bug fix deletes settings.dat, which forced the game into French.
If for some reason, if even after forcing a manual language switch through the top bar Settings -> Change Language, it still doesn't work, double check the files and if you find settings.dat in the data folder of the game installation, delete it.
Apologies to everyone who couldn't play the game, or had to become french to play it.
It's some mistake that gets exported that's not documented in the engine, so I'll make sure to delete it for future builds. ːsteamfacepalmː
