I wanted to take a moment to speak openly with you.
I have been working on Under Canopies by myself for almost three years now. It started as a small personal project, and over time it grew into something much bigger. Working alone has been rewarding, but it can also be difficult. When you are the only person building something, it is not always easy to know if you are taking the right direction or making the best decisions for the game.
That is why I need your help.
I truly want Under Canopies to become the best version it can possibly be. I want it to meet your expectations and feel like a meaningful, peaceful experience you enjoy coming back to. I am planning to release Early Access in a few months, and I am fully aware that there is still a lot to polish and many systems that need to be deepened and improved.
I am completely open to feedback, ideas, and honest criticism.
If you have played the demo, thank you. Your feedback, bug reports, suggestions, and wishlist support mean more than you probably realize. Seeing people try the game and take the time to share their thoughts has been incredibly motivating.
I do not have a publisher, external backing or a team. Because of that, community input is extremely important to me.
