Hello number enjoyers,
I know what you're thinking and before you say it - no, this is not an April Fools patch! Today just so happens to be the most convenient day of the week for me to release a patch for the game. I was gonna do something stupid for April Fools in NNF but I got distracted with other stuff. Maybe I'll make up for it next year, you'll just have to wait and see...
Anyways, today I'm bringing you the very non-silly v1.4.6 patch! Similar to the past few patches, this patch adds two new localizations, fixes a few bugs, and adds a bunch of extra visual pizazz to the localizations gui on the title screen because it was really boring (But now it's super cool! Go check it out!). Above all, the main purpose of this patch are the two new localizations. Patch v1.4.6 adds support for the French language and the Polish language! I know there's a lot of French and Polish nubby enthusiasts out there, so please give a round of applause to community volunteers Ophelia, Azis, and Bryhle for working together to produce the French localization and please give another round of applause to community volunteer Kacper Szłapiński for producing the Polish localization!
Before I get to the patch notes, I'd like to share three small updates on three upcoming NNF related things that I've announced in recent weeks/months:

1. The steam community items and points shop items for NNF will launch on steam hopefully sometime this month! A few guest artists from the nubby community and myself have put lots of time and love into creating really cool nubby related illustrations for steam trading cards, profile backgrounds, emoticons, avatars, and more. This is just a fun thing that I've wanted to do for a while, and I think the nubby community deserves some cool nubby related steam items. I won't be sharing a specific release date for this, but you'll definitely be able to enjoy these features sometime this month unless something goes very wrong. I will make a big community announcement here and on the community discord server as soon as they launch!
2. The nubby stickers (art by me) and keychain merchandise are being manufactured and are still on track to be available for purchase sometime this spring / summer. See this news post if you'd like to take a look at the upcoming nubby merch. Again, I'll make an announcement here and on the community discord server as soon as they launch.
3. Nubby mobile is still set to launch on iOS and android devices on April 15, 2026! Tell your friends who like nubby! Tell your friends who don't like nubby!

-Added new sound effects and improved visuals to the localization selection menu (located on the title screen). I did this just for the sake of improving the user experience for the localizations selection menu because it felt kind of boring. Please just take 1 second to click on the localization button in the lower right corner of the title screen please, please. I spent way too long overdoing the menu and I think it looks sick and I need people to see it.
